The Master Plan Notebook was produced by the developer during the planning phase of the subdivision. Originally called Timber Creek Village, it is now known as Eldorado.  This notebook is cited and referenced in both the By-Laws and the Document of Conditions and Restrictions of the Eldorado Homeowners’ Association, Inc.
