The Property Modification Committee (formerly Architectural Review Committee) meets on the first and third Monday of each month.

A modification is defined as any new construction, exterior alteration, change, remodeling, addition or renovation of any building, structure, fence, landscaping, wall or exterior improvement of any kind or nature.

The Property Modification Committee is responsible for approving all new construction and modifications to the exterior of that structure and site.
